Alinean's IT Assessment Calculators are online self-assessment or partner/sales rep-assisted tools used to assess an organization's current opportunities for improvement. Opportunities are measured via capability and maturity surveys, to determine your organization's progress in implementing best practices relating to the solutions you sell. The survey and assessment points can be customized and developed to help highlight key measures and criteria for improvement.

Using the survey responses, the tools first provide a score for how far the customer has progressed - and then deliver a compelling comparison of an organization's current progress versus peer average and high performers. The average and high performer data is dynamic, collected over time as more and more customers participate in the online assessment.

From the current score and peer gap analysis, the tools typically generate intelligent guidance on next steps, and a practices and product recommendation roadmap for value improvements.
